Why GPS-Resource Mapping North Rift Kenya could be a Game Changer in both Urban & Rural e-Commerce
Idea: Just as the Analogue world maps into the Virtual Digital world, The Analog Land Resource maps to the Virtual GPS Grid!
- The same way an acre of Land resource has value in the Physical world, GPS Grid nodes representing land have value in the virtual Digital world.
- If we can capture these GPS Grid in code, we can use them as a resource!
- This Project, therefore, attempts to develop a GPS-Grid of All arrays nodes of land in the North Rift and make it accessible to the pubic
- Theoretically, this GPS-Grid Layer is developed as a DOME with business streets above our neighbourhoods from which resources can be mapped and displayed to the local public.

Opening Up Rural e-Commerce
To give economic value to the mapped GPS node arrays in the GPS-Layer (DOME), we are leveraging the Website technologies to manipulate the DOME and make it usable
This CSR project will, therefore, also develop specific websites that can manipulate the local DOME
We hope to make it possible for anyone to start an e-commerce business using our web tools, GPS-pin it in homes/apartments/shops and make it instantly visible on their local public DOME within a radius of approximately 20 KMs.
The project is designed such that you can access your local DOME by simply declaring your GPS location. This step gives you access to a "Bird's-eye view" of all e-commerce nodes with a radius range of 20 KMs.

Test of Concept
Phase 1 involves testing the MVP prototype internally.
MVP Test Successful.
Piloting
Phase 2 involves:
- Releasing the MVP to at least 100 nodes.
- Testing the system's behaviour.
- Work on any emerging issues in the logics.
Pre-launch subscriptions
Receive first requests. Phase 3 tests our turn around capacity. If successful, we increase the number of websites on the platform and open up the ecosystem to a wider population.

Imagine if over 100 enterprises/homes/apartments around your current physical location had websites with a built-in comprehensive e-commerce ecosystem mapped on your local GPS Grid! It becomes possible to visit different ventures popping up in your local neighbourhood from a single window. Such a scenario would birth a new way of doing business online within homes. This is the virtual city experience we are building!
Afri-Centric GPS-Based e-Commerce
GPS technology allows us to make sense out of the Geolocation of e-Commerce websites. This is important for rural neighbourhoods that are not marked for Dropshipping.
MSME Startup digitization drive
We are developing GPS-enabled comprehensive e-commerce website templates designed for mass release. The logic is that the templates must be mutable and adopt diversity in terms of the nature of the venture the website will be hosting. We are building a template from which the website administrators can manage the content dynamically from their built-in Dashboards

Because the supplied websites have GPS components already, we utilize Google Maps to embed drop shipping features. The tools will automatically activate these features when the website is GPS pinned in a specific physical location.
Rural E-commerce Movement
We envision a future where every home/enterprises will have access to web technologies specifically designed to bridge the visibility gaps currently in the traditional brick and Mortar model. If we win, we could have as may startups emerge without some of the MSMEs' common obstacles. We hope that someday all homes/enterprises in our urban/rural neighbourhoods will have access to the technology so that their ventures/ideas can come online and be made visible on their local GPS-Grid as traceable e-commerce nodes.
